Please just vote "Yes" to pulling out now, or "No" to pulling out now. We've had plenty of discussions of the pros and cons, I just want a poll to see how many, if any, people here advocate immediate withdrawal.

If by pulling out you mean just the US or just that the US would no longer be in charge, then yes.

Otherwise, no.

I'm more interested in whether (prior to this poll) anyone here believed that there was significant support for immediate pullout among USA Ornerians - for the sake of argument, I would peg 5% as the threshold for "significant".

Oh, and my answer is No - to both questions.

Donald: I expected a much higher "yes" count.

I vote no.

Yes, our presence facilities a 50%+ infiltration of the security forces we are supposedly "building" and "training." We are creating a long-term resistance to the government that we think we are installing. If we left tomorrow morning it would be better than the eventual revolution we are setting ourselves up for.

Yes.

Can anyone realistically say "This time next year things'll be better" or "Five years from now we'll be able to pull out"? We're looking at a mess that shows every sign of remaining unmanagable indefinitely, so we may as well cut our losses and write it off now instead of staying at the helm of a sinking ship for another few years.
