I think I first noticed it not working a few days ago. I can't go in at all in Firefox (some business about memory being exceeded), though oddly if I switch to Safari it is just fine.

Go figure.

I keep getting that 'memory exceeded' error when I try to open misc. chat. Maybe that thread is dragging the entire forum down with certain browsers.

Apparently something else is going on, too. Over in General Comments, Munga's entertaining newsletter was posted as 5 seperate threads, and the discussion on the financial meltdown has the last 12-15 posts repeated at the end. And Jesse's comment on Paulson pooping his pants shows up like 12 times all over the threads.

Whaddup?

Possibly some excessive deletions. That's what FUBARed the database the last time.
