Seems rather excessive. Not sure if it will fix the problem either.
According to Pew, only 21% of American women polled believe that abortion should be legal in call cases, that it is a fundamental right with no other considerations. Meaning 79% of women polled believe that abortion should be illegal in some cases. That's a pretty strong majority. 9% of women polled believe that abortion should be illegal in all cases. 26% in most cases.
55% of women believe that the stage of pregnancy matters on whether abortion is legal or illegal.
More men than women believe that abortion should be legal in the case of rape. More men than women believe that abortion should be legal if the pregnancy threatens a woman's health.
So disenfranchising all men doesn't seem to be the solution.
If you want to do this through disenfranchisement, your best bet is to disenfranchise all evangelical Christians. This would definitely solve any problem concerning abortion being illegal. But it would probably raise all kinds of other problems. First, you'll need a whole bunch of Constitutional Amendments.
