And I just want to be clear.  I really do not have any problem with Trump taking the 5th. I wish he  had done it 3-4 years ago when this all started and saved every one the time and money.  It is his right to claim the 5th and he has every right to  do so.

But I do want to call out his hypocrisy.

Just like his tax returns.  He could release them at any time, even with an audit going on.

What does he have to hide?  It sure looks like the Trump Crime Family is circling the wagons.  I mean that is who Trump has said who uses the 5th, The Mob.

Another loss on his tax info.

He will probably appeal to the SC since that has been his MO. We will see if the SC has any objectivity left.

I mean the FBI Director was appointed by Trump, right? And there have been many findings that Trump might have committed a crime (like taking Gov documents that he is not allowed to have with him to Mar-a-Largo, right?  And Trump never had anyone investigate any family member of Biden's, like Hunter.

Trump loves to play the victim.

Trump will do that no matter what.  Are ex Presidents allowed to do anything they want since any investigation into any of their activities will be called political persecution?

If this is malpractice  i wonder if they can be used? The plaintiff's lawyer says he notified Jones's attorney about the info he was sent to see if any of it was protected under privilege and Jones's attorney seems to not have given any reply for 12 days ( I assume that means something in the legal field about the evidence). Jones might be able to argue that since it was given under the idea of malpractice it should not be public evidence.

I get around the small gas can spout problem by having an electric lawn mower. It's quiet and works great.  And now my wife does not have an excuse that she is not able to start the lawn mower because she is not strong enough to use the pull starter.

My issue with the toilets is not the flushing as much as the cleaning of the sides of the bowl.  All the stuff goes down on the first flush, but sometimes the bowl side are not 100% clean. Not sure if that is a low water usage problem.

It is like the whining about light bulbs.  I love the LED's in my house. The fact that they save me money by using them is great, but to me the real bonus is the fact I am not replacing some light bulb in my house every month or so.  Now it is maybe one every year or so and that is only because the CFL's I got  10 years ago are now finally wearing out. Once I replace them with LED's I expect the number of bulbs replaced in a 10 year period could be counted on 1 hand.

Our porch and street lamp bulbs are both on a light sensor, so they turn on and off as it gets dark/light.  I love them. They have worked for 5+ years, every day, no matter the weather conditions. From 8 hours a day in the summer to 14 hours a day in the winter.

Josh Hawley might be in the running. As the only Senator to vote against agreeing to allow Sweden and Finland into NATO (with Rand Paul basically abstaining).  His reasoning.  China is a larger threat.   While who is the larger threat is arguable, there is no denying that China is a large threat.  So wouldn't it make sense that an action that would increase the ability of others to oppose Russia (say NATO) would allow the US to focus more energy on opposing China?

These 2 countries are well positioned to help NATO. They are close neighbors of Russia and I think Finland (it might be Sweden) already spends the required 2%+ of GDP on defense costs. Add in the fact that they are well experienced in fighting in cold climates means that they are perfectly placed for another front if direct war happens.  How anyone other than a Harvard educated GOP MAGA idiot can see this as anything other than a win is beyond me.

Gas prices? Locally regular unleaded is below $3.90/gal and crude is below $90/barrel right now. Still on the high end but much closer to normal.

If this keeps up and we get positive GDP growth for Q3, what will the Republicans do to sabotage Biden? Maybe another Gov shut down.

Hearing Alex complain about how he has been found guilty and the judge explaining to him that this is a civil trial and he has been found liable, which is a very different thing, almost makes me think Alex is not as smart as he thinks he is.  And he was found liable due to his resistance to doing anything in the trial other than obstruct.

He can not believe that someone is finally holding him accountable for all of his lies.

yeah I think the lawyer is going to be in trouble. Maybe he realizes that his client will not have any money to pay, since he has already been found guilty and this is just the penalty phase. I wonder how much of a retainer he got.

I assume Jones can sue the lawyer for malpractice?  He might get disbarred.  Can you appeal a awarded amount based on malpractice?

Here is the wiki on the group.

Please note they also worked with Big Tobacco to oppose smoking regulations.

So your claim that it is non partisan seems not be true. They may be non profit but that just means they can be bought and from the looks of it they have been.

More proof that the election was not stolen. Cyber Ninjas claimed that 282 dead people in AZ voted. Turns out to have been off by a factor of almost 281. Only 1 case was found.

https://www.yahoo.com/news/arizona-ag-wraps-criminal-probe-090423443.html

Again going to prove that election security was good and that the people running the Cyber Ninjas audit were incompetent and had an agenda.

In MO Trump has endorsed Eric for Senator.  He did not say which Eric since both Republicans in the primary are named Eric. What  a way to endorse everyone so that when one wins he can claim it was his endorsement that put them over the top.

When it comes to the hard choices, Trump does not make a decision.   He waffles.  Must be tired of backing losers, since the winner of this primary is likely to be elected in the general. At least Trump can point to one Senate race where he backed a winner. Of course it was a foregone conclusion which Party would win.  Unlike Walker in GA and Oz in PA.

Easily. They lied about what happened in the election and systems that carrried them made a business decision to not carry them anymore.  What do you have against business's doing what they want for what ever reason?  I mean Free Market, right? Or should they be forced to carry them, like say a bakery would be forced to make a cake they do not agree with?

So you are fine with Trump being an oat breaker.  So the oath he took as President has no meaning to him since he is a known oath breaker.

My focus is on Trump since you seem to hold him up as some type of paragon of Christian values.  I was very surprised when Hillary did not divorce Bill after he left office. I was sure she would, since I thought it would boost her standings with women. Biden's family problems are due to a son who may be a criminal but has nothing to do with breaking his oath to either wife.

You are unwilling to admit that Trump is an oath breaker when the evidence is right there.

So no comment on his being an oath breaker?  Just a justification that every one turned out happy in the end?  Of course they were happy. They got millions as a settlement and were not married to a person who ran around on them.  Are you saying that his first two wives would have been less happy still married to him and with an intact family?

I am not talking about divorce.  I am talking about adultery.  You keep avoiding my question by brining the wives lives after the divorces into it.

Divorce is a legal action.

I am talking about Trump not caring about a Vow made to God and his wife to remain faithful to her during their marriage.  He did not.  You are not able to get away from these facts. He had numerous affairs while married. Some women, say Hillary Clinton, are able to work their way past that. Others, like Trumps first two wives, were not.

Crunch, as some one who has had Covid and lost 18 pounds in about 6 days because of issues due to the illness, being able to eat well is a good sign. Each persons experience with Covid is different.

And as to Trumps divorces, to say that they were mutually accepted.  Maybe. What was accepted?  That Trump had had many affairs?  I mean I guess his vow to stay loyal to his wife (take 3 times and broken at least 3 times) means nothing to you.. Trump wanted younger, more beautiful eye candy.

Do you accept as truth that he has had affairs while married? That he is an oathbreaker?
