LSAT and the SC
« on: March 03, 2022, 07:54:22 AM »
So Tucker Carlson wants to see the LSAT scores of Ketanji Jackson.  I say sure.  As long as we get to see the scores of Barret, Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. And if her scores are better, then they have to resign from the SC and Biden gets to pick their replacements.

I'd ask to see Carlson's entrance exams to journalism school, but of course he never attended one. Of course she graduated cum laude from Harvard, but the smear is all about implying that she only got a degree because of "affirmative action"! He's blowing hard on that whistle.

I also think she was part of the Harvard Law Review. And has spent more years on the bench than about half of the current justices.  I am sure Tucker had no issue when Regan promised to put a woman on the SC.
